The lecture material was always well presented and clearly delivered. If students were uncertain about something they were encouraged to ask questions which the trainer would then answer to clarify. The trainer was always enthusiastic and motivating and I found this inspiring.
Dee is a very generous and open woman. She had a positive energy about her at all times and gave us all equal opportunity to improve as individuals. I appreciated her time to teach us more about the personal connection between people.
