How much does a massage at the student clinic cost?
Relaxation, remedial and myotherapy treatments start from $25 for a full one-hour session. That is well below what you would typically pay at a commercial clinic.
Who performs the treatments, and are they qualified?
Treatments are performed by ACFB students training towards nationally recognised qualifications in massage, remedial massage or myotherapy. They are not yet qualified therapists, which is exactly why sessions are offered at a reduced rate. Every appointment is supervised by a qualified ACFB Trainer and Assessor who oversees the treatment and checks in throughout your session.
Where is the clinic and which suburbs do you serve?
The clinic is based at our Mitcham campus, an easy drive for residents of Blackburn, Vermont, Ringwood, Ringwood East and Wantirna. Online booking is available for all treatments.
