ACFB has two exceptional training campuses in Ringwood and Mitcham with the latest gym equipment for our fitness students, electric massage tables in all classrooms and clinic rooms for our massage students, student computers and library, common rooms to study and trainers to assist you when you need.
Our team of highly qualified, experienced and supportive trainers have been teaching and working in their respective fields for many years are here to assist and guide you throughout your studies.
You will be able to benefit from an easy-to-use and interactive eLearning portal with detailed practical films covering all techniques, course workbooks, notes, PowerPoint's and assessments which are accessible at each stage throughout your course.
It’s the small things that ACFB puts into our training that has made us an industry leading college, and that led us to be a previous recipient of the Small Training Provider of the Year by the Department of Education.
The trainers! I really enjoyed the combination of Tuesdays with Sean and Fridays with Chris, I think they are a good pairing of trainers, Sean is a bit more relaxed and casual, and Chris is a bit more structured.
Whilst studying Diploma I have been working mobile and have loved how I was able to incorporate new techniques with confidence as I went along.
I am currently working in this business, I have been recently employed by a chinese medicine clinic as their only massage therapist. The highlight so far has been the results I'm getting with the clients, I'm so lucky that I've been helping people get relief from pain.
I would definitely recommend ACFB, but I can only speak to the Distance Learning. Very in-depth course, very informative
ACFB has prepared me very well, I am ready for this next stage in life.
the trainers were knowledgeable but some times due to the pace of the course i found it a little daunting.
All the trainers and staff at ACFB were extremely approachable and trainers willing to share their knowledge and experience
I founds ACFB via a google search and chose to study at ACFB for the location, facilities and the student clinic.
The trainers certainly were knowledgeable and helpful. They were easy to understand and enjoyable to work with. Chiefly Bri and Theo. I loved their energy.
I feel confident to start using the skills I have learned. I see these skills as the starting point to continued learning in this discipline
Before starting the course I had very little knowledge of anatomy and physiology and my gym experience was quite limited. I now feel that I have a good understanding of the how the body works and of how to develop basic exercise programs to best meet client's needs. I also appreciate the importance of health screening before designing any exercise program.
I have allways found staff & trainers at ACFB approachable
The trainer continually encouraged us to engage in active debates regarding the content being covered, as well as other industry/course related topics
ACFB trainers are excellent. It was easy to approach them and not feel hindered if unsure about topics/training areas. Corrective Exercise and Clinical Impressions were particularly of high quality in layout and presentation.
Trainers and staff were very approachable and helpful throughout my course.
