I would definitely recommend AFCB, especially being a mature age student as that was taken into consideration
I enjoyed the course. The course was planned out great, the teachers were fantastic and the location is good
All trainers were very approachable. I did sometimes feel uncomfortable asking questions about areas I have studied in the past. In these instances I felt it better to keep quiet as it could have looked like I was criticising them (which I did not want to do)
I feel confident to start using the skills I have learned. I see these skills as the starting point to continued learning in this discipline
The trainers certainly were knowledgeable and helpful. They were easy to understand and enjoyable to work with. Chiefly Bri and Theo. I loved their energy.
Dee had a genuine interest in why I was doing this course and was very friendly and respectful every time I have spoken to her.
I would highly recommend ACFB to anyone I know that is thinking of studying massage because of the high quality of the training and the amazing support given through out the cause.
It has really made me feel confident in my own abilities to go out on my own. Knowing a certain way of doing things gives me a platform to work with.
There appears to be a higher level of professionalism than many other fitness institutes.
All the trainers were very open to communication and always offered extra assistance where required. Always felt comfortable having open discussion with them on new and different concepts
There are many reasons to study with ACFB, location, student clinic and flexible study options. The courses are changing and I trust the longer duration will be a positive for people who may find the content difficult to grasp. I am pleased I studied at ACFB, I've formed long term friendships and added a number of things to a previously empty tool box.
Learning from the experienced trainers and them sharing there own experiences has helped. the course material was in depth also. I have known of people to do other pt courses and finishing it not knowing as much as they should.
Dee is very inspiring and always engaging in helping to explore your understanding of concepts
Sean encouraged questions and class participation but at times it was difficult to ask those questions as Sean had a lot of content to cover.
I work as a Remedial Masseur operating from home. I love what I do and enjoy learning more and more about the human body and techniques that can be effective in treatments.
