i didn't do a normal diploma Massage course at ACFB , as i was a student transfer from SAGE which went into liquidation, earlier in the year. I did find both trainers extremely knowledgeable and very easy to understand.
I found the trainers very friendly and helpful whenever i needed assistance with something they were always there and willing to help.
The trainers were fantastic very helpful to me, had great knowledge for teaching and very patience whenever I called in.
the trainers were knowledgeable but some times due to the pace of the course i found it a little daunting.
They always took the time to speak to you as an individual and were always easy to ask questions
All classmates and instructors were extremely friendly which made the class always have a great atmosphere and i prefer studying face to face rather than over a computer.
The way in which the student clinic is set up is great and very realistic.
All trainers were very approachable. I did sometimes feel uncomfortable asking questions about areas I have studied in the past. In these instances I felt it better to keep quiet as it could have looked like I was criticising them (which I did not want to do)
ACFB was 5 minutes from home so the location was very convenient. I spoke with Kerry and she got me very enthused about the course. The price was probably the deciding factor at the time because I got the course for half price.
I loved studying at ACFB, it was great to be pushed, to use my brain in ways it hadn't been used for awhile. It was so great to be around like minded people
I had to find a new school , once SAGE Institute went into liquidation, in order to finish my Massage Diploma. The staff at Prime Alternatives (where i have bought my Massage Tables & oil from the last few years), deal with all massage schools & i went on the fact that they strongly recommended, ACFB as the best option to complete my studies.
Theo delivered very informative sessions, having only had him in CERT IV, his approach was welcomed into expanding on learning by challenging concepts we had learned in CERT III to expand beyond what we had previously thought we had known. His information was very factual and insightful.
The warm and friendly environment and the wealth of knowledge of the trainers is key. But the facility and upcoming upgrades is a nice to have.
The trainers are all fantastic. They all take the time to make sure I understand what's being learned. They always ask if I'm ok and let me know that they are available if needed. All are great people to know.
The trainer continually encouraged us to engage in active debates regarding the content being covered, as well as other industry/course related topics
