I have learned a lot about anatomy, postural correction and all the small things you should do when training a client ie, being at their level etc. and it has also made me think about how to run my own business.

Both Chris and Sean welcomed questions, and answered all questions without judgement and were happy to spend time explaining information to us. Sean encouraged us to not always buddy up with the same person during MDN training to get practice on different body types.
