My highlight has been being able to get jobs very easily due to my hands on skills that I have developed since studying with ACFB.
I found Marguerite to be amazingly helpful especially with all things clinic. Neil, Peter and Bri stand out as been warm, generally interested and engaging which is nice, especially when I spent so many hours writing up my clinic notes.
I initially heard about ACFB through Light Fm. I like the location and the option of night classes. I have worked through most of the courses offered at ACFB and I'm pleased I returned to complete the Adv Dip in Myotherapy.
I was introduced from a workmate, I chose to study with ACFB because of the great things I have heard about the school as well as researched online.
To understand the course requirements or clarify areas of confusion I asked questions. I have experienced trainers giving me time and working at my pace and I have experienced what I perceived to be a complete disinterest too.
I enjoyed the clinics most at ACFB particularly as they are now all supervised. The clinics helps solidify knowledge in a safe and supporting environment.
The warm and friendly environment and the wealth of knowledge of the trainers is key. But the facility and upcoming upgrades is a nice to have.
All of the staff and trainers at ACFB were approachable and open.
I work as a Remedial Masseur operating from home. I love what I do and enjoy learning more and more about the human body and techniques that can be effective in treatments.
I would recommend (and have) to others for the quality of education i received (as apposed to my previous college)
Trainers very knowledgeable and easy to understand what they tried to convey their teaching
The way in which the student clinic is set up is great and very realistic.
The trainers! I really enjoyed the combination of Tuesdays with Sean and Fridays with Chris, I think they are a good pairing of trainers, Sean is a bit more relaxed and casual, and Chris is a bit more structured.
I enjoyed every class I went to at ACFB. I especially loved learning about Myofascial dry needling.
My trainers, Sean and Chris, were amazing, as well as other trainers who helped in clinic, especially Neil and Peter. I found Chris really articulate and succinct, and very easy to understand, and I enjoyed that he pushed for the absolute best that we could possibly be. I learnt so much from Sean throughout class and in clinic, his demonstrations of techniques was really useful and I use a lot of the techniques he taught me in treatments with clients and get really good results, especially the mobilisation work.
