Sports Trainer

Being a sports trainer at a local sporting club provides students with a perfect opportunity to apply the “hands on” skills learned in the classroom.
At YGFNC you will be under the supervision of an ex-ACFB student who is also currently studying physiotherapy at Melbourne University.
The role will give you an opportunity to apply and practice the following skills;
+ Pre- and post- game sports massage
+ Remedial massage
+ Sports Taping
+ Injury Assessment
+ First Aid
Minimum requirement is current First Aid qualification and a commitment to game days (normally 11-5 on a Saturday + travel) with availability for training on a Tuesday or Thursday a bonus.
