Well over one million spa treatments later, we are now heading to a new home on the coast; a beautiful space where we will unveil a brilliant reimagining of the Aurora experience. We are looking for a team of exceptional full time, part-time and casual Spa Therapists to join us in the evolution of Aurora and the creation of one of Australia’s premium spa experiences.

Spanning over 1,000 square metres and sitting within a vibrant leisure precinct and adjacent to a 5-star hotel in seaside Sorrento, the Aurora Spa and Bathhouse is a large and multi-faceted spa and wellness operation with bold goals and extraordinarily high standards. Introducing a new level of luxury, refinement and calm sophistication to the Australian market, the facility includes a spacious bathhouse.

Requirements:

A Diploma in Massage and/or Beauty Therapy.
A minimum of one year working experience in a spa or salon.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong product recommendation capabilities.
A flair for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Ability to match customer goals with the best treatment experience.
Excellent presentation and grooming.
A flexible attitude, ready and willing to support your team members in reaching business and customer service goals.
Flexibility around working shifts and availability to work weekends.
