Urban Sanctuary is seeking a qualified and passionate Remedial Massage Therapist who enjoys delivering treatments as well as being part of a broader wellness experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver high-quality Remedial Massage (essential)
• Deliver other massage modalities (e.g. Deep Tissue / Pregnancy / Lymphatic Drainage) (desirable but not essential)
• Conduct professional consultations tailored to guest needs
• Maintain exceptional treatment standards, flow and client care
• Support repeat bookings and long-term client relationships

Who We’re Looking For
• Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist (recent graduates with strong remedial training warmly encouraged to apply)
• Modalities (Deep Tissue / Pregnancy / Lymphatic Drainage) highly regarded
• Friendly, calm and confident with guests — people naturally warm to you
• Proactive, intuitive and switched-on — you spot what needs doing and do it
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented
• Comfortable working both in treatment rooms and wellness spaces
• Available for casual morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends
