Remedial Massage Therapist

Life and Mind Massage is seeking a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join the clinic in Caulfield North.
Position: Subcontractor
Pay: Competitive percentage, negotiable based on experience

About the Clinic
Life and Mind Massage is a well-established, solo practitioner business within a multi-modality allied health clinic. With a growing and loyal client base, I’m ready to welcome another practitioner into the space.
The clinic is conveniently located in Caulfield North, with a tram stop at the front, a train station within a 10-minute walk, and ample street parking nearby.

Available Hours
Flexible options available — you’re welcome to choose what suits you, ideally 1 x weekday and 1 x weekend.
• Tuesday: 3:00pm – 7:30pm
• Friday: 3:00pm – 7:30pm
• Saturday: Full day or flexible hours
• Sunday: Full day or flexible hours

Please note: This role does not include reception support. You will be responsible for processing payments, HICAPS, and rebooking your clients after their treatment.
A minimum 6-month commitment is preferred to allow time to build and establish your client base.
About You
• Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist or Myotherapist
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Professional, reliable and self-motivated
• Able to work independently while being part of a shared space
• Committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused care
• Maintain a clean, calm and welcoming treatment environment
Requirements
• Be able to apply for Health Fund provider number
• Current association membership
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• ABN

This role isn’t structured as a mentoring position, although I will be available for client discussions, marketing support and helping you build your schedule.
