We are a SANCTUARY for Mums and we need passionate therapists like you!

We are more than just a manual therapy clinic – we are a bespoke boutique clinic offering women a safe space to feel heard, nurtured and empowered whilst they travel along their journey from pregnancy into motherhood.

We are wanting to welcome two amazing therapists into our team to become an integral part of our mama community. We are looking for therapists who want to make a difference in women’s lives and be more than just a therapist – we are looking for two wing women.

Her Health Hub has expanded over the last 4 years due to the growing demand for our services, from operating out of a single room in an osteo clinic to our very own bespoke 3 room clinic space that patients describe as a sanctuary for women.

We work closely with the Women’s Health Physiotherapists within our community and we share our beautiful space with an Osteopath, Lactation Consultant and a Naturopath.

This is a genuine long-term opportunity and we are looking for therapists that are wanting to become part of a very passionate team. We are looking for therapists to work 2 – 3+ shifts with a view to expanding should they want more hours. The successful candidate will be taking over an existing client base due to a therapist going on maternity leave and another therapist relocating to regional Victoria.

We are looking for someone who:

Is wanting to build a career in women’s health and looking for a clinic to call home
Has excellent communication skills
Has a passion for supporting women through pregnancy and post partum
Has a genuine care for their patients – willing to go above and beyond
Has an eye for detail
Has an eagerness to continue to learn and grow as a therapist
Ability to work as part of a team but also to be able to work independently
Registration with a professional association, ABN, Insurance and ability to obtain provider numbers
Is willing to obtain further certification in pregnancy massage through Pregnancy Massage Australia

Mentoring from the clinic owner who has over 16+ years in the industry
In house PD’s
If you don’t have training in pregnancy, post natal etc we will work together to make sure that you are confident and educated so that are ready to hit the ground running
