As a team member, you will be a contractor on a fantastic commission-based contract, with all marketing, administration, bookings, and supplies are taken care of for you, as well as the ability to BYO clients for a small room fee.

If you like the sound of working within a beautiful spa-like and well-supported team environment, teaching people how to care for themselves for long term results, as opposed to simply treating for short term relief, we would love to hear from you!

As a successful candidate, you will be a fully qualified Remedial Massage therapist or Myotherapist with Provider numbers.

In joining our team you will be offered the opportunity of ongoing mentoring, professional development and training with the team, lead by a Myotherapist of 20 years.

About the role:

Undertake induction process including booking system training.

Provide thorough assessment, consultation and treatment to clients for all initial and follow up appointments

Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the company procedure manual

Keep detailed and thorough clinical client notes for each appointment

Help create valuable marketing and educational content so that we can regularly provide health advice to our community, building respect, authority and a stellar reputation as the leaders in wellness care.

Undertaking independent and small group training sessions as set by the Directors to further hone your skills and maximise client outcomes.

Note all payments for follow up appointments in a cloud-based client file

Send client invoices for private health fund claims as required upon completion of bookings

Part take in regular team meetings and ongoing professional development. Contribute to team group discussion.

This role is a part-time position that will lead to full time as you grow your patient base.

You will report directly to the company Directors while working closely and collaboratively with the other practitioners and team members.
