Do you have a passion for helping others improve their health and well-being? Healthy Being Osteopathy has a unique opportunity to join the team at their Caulfield North clinic.
We’re seeking a highly experienced and motivated Myotherapist to provide hands-on treatment to clients with a range of muscular and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll be responsible for assessing clients’ physical conditions, providing therapeutic treatments, and developing personalised treatment plans.

– Prominent location off Hawthorn Road, in close proximity to Glen Eira Council, Monash University Caulfield campus and tram and train lines.
– Flexible working days Tuesday, Wednesday and the opportunity to work on Saturdays if desired
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ musculoskeletal conditions including: posture, mobility, and muscle function.
– Develop individualised treatment plans based on client needs, focusing on alleviating pain, promoting healing, and improving mobility.
– Provide hands-on therapy, including massage, stretching, myofascial release, dry needling, and other appropriate modalities.
– Educate clients on the prevention of injuries, pain management strategies, and exercises to enhance recovery.
– Track and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
– Collaborate with other health professionals (clinic Osteopaths) to ensure holistic care for clients.
– Maintain a safe, hygienic, and comfortable treatment environment.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques, research, and industry standards.
– Promote the services offered by the practice and help build client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma or Degree in Myotherapy or a related field.
2. Valid certification and registration with [Completion of a Diploma of Remedial Massage (from the HLT Training Package) and the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy].
3. Police check
4. Proven experience working as a Myotherapist, ideally in a clinical or wellness setting.
5. Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
8. Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to track and assess client progress.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Additional certifications or training in specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, cupping therapy, etc.).
2. Experience working with clients in pain management or rehabilitation.
