Body Active Myotherapy is looking for a Myotherapist to join our clinic in Narre
Warren! Experience is preferred however, consideration will be given to the right
candidate that aligns with our business culture & core values. Graduates are
welcome to apply.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Myotherapist to work with a high level of
autonomy. Reporting to the clinic manager/owner, this role will suit a Myotherapy
professional looking for ongoing sub-contractor work.

You’ll be joining a smaller clinic with a local focus, so you won’t have your own
receptionist or a glitzy treatment room on the 15th floor. That said, you’ll be working
out of a well equipped studio space and the freedom and flexibility to work the hours
that suit you.

We are looking for a dedicated Myotherapist who we can build a long term
relationship with and help one another grow.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
This role requires a caring and sensitive nature with great listening and
communication skills. You’ll need to be confident in working autonomously and have
excellent time management and communication skills.
Besides an alignment to our core values, the following are prerequisites for this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in health science (Myotherapy) or Advanced Diploma in
Myotherapy
• First Aid – Level 2
• Member of a related myotherapy association
• Private health fund provider numbers
• Hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance
• Must have detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
• Well-developed assessment, observational and palpatory skills.
• Expertise in a range of manual therapy techniques and approaches.
• An ABN
• Experience in customer service and client retention is highly regarded.
