About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Remedial Massage Therapist to provide quality care to clients in Aged Care and In-Home Care environments through the Support at Home program. This subcontractor role covers a maternity leave position starting mid December 2026 / early January 2027 (start depending on subcontractor availability and required training).

Compensation & Perks

Competitive Rates: $105 (60 min session) | $90 (45 min session)
Cancellation Protection: Full payment provided for same-day client cancellations.
Retention Bonus: $300 retention bonus awarded after 7 months.
Manageable Workload: 10–15+ clients per week, flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

Deliver high-quality, person-centered remedial massage therapy.
Build strong rapport and maintain compassionate care with elderly and home-care clients.
Manage personal travel and schedule between client locations.
Maintaining accurate client records and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma of Remedial Massage or Myotherapy.
Active membership with MMA, AMT, or equivalent professional body.
Experience in Remedial Massage.
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates + National Police Check.
Registered ABN.
Insurances: $2M Professional Indemnity / $10M Public Liability.
Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and own equipment (massage table, linen, oils, etc).
