Group Fitness Strength & Conditioning Instructor

Soul Fitness Studio is looking for its next instructor to join its growing team. If you have a passion for health and fitness and want to be the difference in members’ lives, then we want to hear from you.

Soul Fitness Studio is a brand new studio gym located in Montrose, Vic. It was built to create a stronger, healthier community where inclusivity, belonging and empowerment are prioritised.

Role Requirements:
– Cert III in Fitness
– Cert IV in fitness (not essential but a bonus)
– Current First Aid and CPR certifications
– Current Insurance
– Current Fitness Registration
– Flexibility to work early AM classes, PM classes and be added to a Saturday rotation
– Experience in group fitness is a bonus

About the Role
– Lead engaging group fitness classes
– Has a keen eye for technique
– Maintain a high energy
– Assist in maintaining the studio’s commitment to deliver a high quality fitness experience to all members.
