Fitness Coach

F45 Reservoir is looking for an energetic and motivated Group Fitness Coaches to join our growing team.

We are not looking for the “perfect resume.”
We are looking for the right attitude, strong energy, reliability, and people who genuinely care about helping others become fitter, healthier, and more confident.

About the Role

• Deliver high-energy F45 group training sessions
• Motivate and support members during workouts
• Help create a welcoming and positive studio culture
• Build strong relationships with members and the local community
• Assist with studio cleanliness and presentation
• Weekend rotation availability required

What We’re Looking For

• Cert IV in Fitness (required)
• First Aid & CPR certificate
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team player with good energy and enthusiasm
• Passion for fitness and helping people

Experience

Previous coaching experience is not essential.
We are happy to train and develop the right person if they have the right mindset and attitude.
