Bootcamp Head Coach / Manager

We are looking for Melbourne’s best Personal Trainers & Group Fitness Instructors for our Men’s Bootcamp. This is one of the rarest job opportunities you will find in the fitness industry, it has the ability to take back control of your work/life balance as well as creating drive, purpose, and financial stability.

In return, you must be outstanding at what you do. Your business mindset and customer service skills must be as highly tuned as your group training abilities. You will become a role model to those within your program and must be willing to go above and beyond for your clients.

We specialise in obesity and weight management Bootcamps for beginners. Our clients generally start their journey with us at over 100kg, with little to no experience in their health journey. Members will need to be welcomed, nurtured, and made to feel comfortable when starting the program, this will fill a large part of your role.

As a Location Manager your role includes:
Running 7 bootcamp sessions per week
Weekly contact with all clients to keep them accountable
Manage Facebook/instagram page
Manage incoming leads and sales
Facilitate team challenges
Monthly checkpoints (Weigh ins & measurements)
Sourcing Group fitness excursions.

Job Requirements:
Great communication skills
Loud projectable voice
Group training experience.
Solid understanding of Injury prevention.
Basic computer knowledge (social media experience)
