Workshop Terms & Conditions

• There are NO refunds for online workshops once payment is made.
• A refund will be provided if written advice has been received:
• More than 30 days prior to an on-campus workshop commencement (less $50 administration fee),
• Less than 7 days prior to an on-campus workshop commencement (less $100 administration fee).
• There will be NO refunds or transfers after the workshop commencement date. If you do not turn up to an on-campus workshop you will forfeit your fees and re-enrol in the next scheduled workshop.

Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions

• Refunds are not available once a gift card is purchased.
• ACFB is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months ONLY.
• If your session price exceeds the amount of the gift card, you are responsible for the remaining balance. If the session price is less than the session price, you will be provided with a credit for your next booking which must be made at that time.
