About the room:
\n\u2022 Roughly 25 square metres in size \u2014 enough space for your massage table, a desk, and any necessary storage
\no Rent also includes the use of a waiting area outside reception, which you can furnish however you\u2019d like.
\n\u2022 Securely located behind reception and the gym office, with cameras on the entrance
\n\u2022 Your business will be exposed to around 3,000 active members, customers of the attached caf\u00e9 and Pilates studio, anyone who comes in to train casually, and all clients of our personal trainers.<\/p>\n
Rent:
\n\u2022 $850 per month, including:
\no Utilities (power, internet, etc.)
\no Waiting area
\no Gym receptionists to help make clients comfy while they wait
\no Use of gym printer\/ink for forms or flyers
\no Ability to put up advertising banners in the waiting area
