Elite Body Fitness is a spacious brand new boutique fitness studio in Burwood, Victoria. The facility is well equipped and caters for both indoor and outdoor training with the adjoining open spaces and numerous soccer fields. EBFit has a\u00a0strong focus on functional training and recovery. We offer Functional Group Training, Pilates, Specific Sports Coaching, Youth Sports Development and a stretch and\u00a0recovery room.<\/p>\n
We’re excited as a new opportunity has become available for the right person to join the team and become apart of this exciting new family owned business. We believe in having a strong focus on customer service and exceptional coaching which is achieved by creating a great working environment for our staff.<\/p>\n
The position available would ideally suit coaches looking to grow with our company as we will offer ongoing upskilling and you will have the opportunity to bounce of the experienced coaches that we have. The position currently is made up of a majority of group coaching and an opportunity to grow your personal training clients.<\/p>\n
Please note for consideration, this is a rent free facility and you WILL NOT be charged a rental fee to work from here.<\/p>\n
THE\u00a0SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES\u00a0MUST HAVE:<\/p>\n
Minimum\u00a0Cert III & IV in Fitness
\nSenior Level 2 First Aid
\nCurrent CPR
\nHold a current\u00a0Working With Children Check or be able to acquire one<\/p>\n
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:
\nBe motivated and self driven
\nHave a passion for health and fitness
\nHave a natural ability to coach and lift up clients
\nBe able to work within the procedures of the company<\/p>\n
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Greet members upon arriving
\nFollow Programming\u00a0set out for the session
\nSet up\u00a0and pack up after sessions
\nSet and use timing clock
\nGeneral cleaning of facility as required
\nSign up new members
