Did you know ACFB runs awesome student boot camps every Monday from 6-7pm!
Yes that’s right!
Bootcamp trains all fitness components from cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, endurance, get into shape, lose weight, increase muscle tone, increase lean muscle, reduce body fat etc
(All sessions are run under supervision from a qualified ACFB fitness trainer)
Our Student Boot Camps are great for:

Socialisation friendly atmosphere/environment
Small exercise groups
